All sales are final. Hair extensions are a hygiene product and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced when reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Stylist (pro) pricing is for licensed professionals and may be removed if an account is found to be reselling or sharing access.

Prices and availability can change without notice. Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days, within the US.
